Because of my chronic hyperventilation I had all kinds of symptoms such as palpitations, being out of breath quickly, lightheadedness, tensed neck and shoulder muscles, etc. Lisa has clearly explained how breathing works, what the importance of CO2 is for your body, and that it is not just a waste.
