Rate<\/h1>\n

The Buteyko course is one of the services I am offering in my private practice. On this page, you will find information about the consultation rate and the regulations I adhere to as a practice owner.<\/p>\n

For adults, four (sometimes five) sessions are usually needed, for children two or three sessions.<\/p>\n

The fee for private clients is \u20ac105 per 60-minute session; this is exempt from VAT. When sessions are paid for commercially (either through your own company or by your employer), the rate is \u20ac 145 per 60 minutes, plus 21%VAT. Invoicing is done via email after each session. The payment term is 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

Changing or cancelling an appointment<\/h3>\n

An appointment can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. An appointment can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. When cancelling a rescheduled session, the 48-hour criterion applies to both the last and the original date. In the event of no or late cancellation, or failure to appear for the appointment, the session will be charged.<\/p>\n

Professional affiliation<\/h3>\n

I am affiliated with the professional association\u00a0Platform CGZ<\/a>\u00a0and the umbrella organisations\u00a0Register Beroepsoefenaren Complementaire Zorg<\/a>\u00a0(RBCZ). I am also registered as a healthcare provider in the\u00a0AGB-register<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Informed consent statement<\/h2>\n

I work with an Informed Consent Statement, which means that at the start of treatment, I will ask for your agreement to this statement. By signing, you confirm that you are aware of the mutual rights and obligations. For children under 16, both parents\/legal guardians with parental authority must give their consent.<\/p>\n

In the\u00a0privacy statement<\/a>, you can read how I handle your personal data. This policy complies with the Dutch General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n

By Dutch law, I follow the\u00a0Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Reporting Code<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Complaints procedure<\/h2>\n

The Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz) is a Dutch law that makes it easy for you as a client to file a complaint. I am affiliated with an independent complaints officer (via\u00a0Quasir<\/a>) and disputes body (Zorggeschil<\/a>), which has been approved by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.<\/p>\n

If you are dissatisfied and we cannot resolve it together, you can contact an independent complaints officer from Quasir. If this does not lead to the desired outcome for you, you can then turn to the dispute body Zorggeschil.
